Unauthorised debit and fees

<p>I enquired on the website but never accepted the terms and conditions. I received an sms that an onitiation fee will be deducted on 1 Aug 2017. I never agreed to this. I sent 4 emails and the same response of "contact our call centre" was given. I spent more than half an hour from no 8 to 1 in the queue when the phone call was cut off. I wasted R55 in airtime!
