unauthorised debit
I enquired regarding a loan and never took them up on the offer yet I was charged a 395 fee of which I was assured will only happen once the loan is accepted. Please note I have a recording function on my phone and the call was recorded. I am sure this will hold up in court. If my money is not refunded I will sue.
