UNATHOURISED DEBIT ORDER
<p>App**** on the net as advetised to help find a loan and it was written that its a free service.....I did not even receive a loan nor apply to any of their loan providers, Today on the 30th of June to find that Loan finder has debited R395 in my account without any authorisation from me. I need them to refund me my cash as I am already in a financial mess</p>

Our 4 in 1 plan consists of a Financial Counselling programme, Legal and ID assist plan, quarterly credit report and loan finding services. The cost for the plan is a once-off initiation fee of R395 and a monthly fee of R68.
As we can see on the system you have completed a application for our services via the Loan Finder SA call centre 31.05.2016 where as all our services and service fees were explained to you on completion of the application.
We will contact you within the next 72 working hours to resolve this matter as we take all complaints seriously.
