<p>I received an sms stating that my policy (that I never took out) has an initial fee and it will be deducted from my bank account on 31 July 2017. it gave me a number to call. I called 3 times and on the 3rd time I reached a lady who told me I missed the cool off period to cancel the polity. The more I told her I never took out any package the more she told me thay have a voice recording. i asked to hear it but she could not produce it. She then said I app**** online. To which I told her that if somebody else put in my details does that then mean I am liable. He answer stunned me. Yes because they cannot see who is behind the computer. She then offered to cancel my policy at a cost. I lost my cool and tolk her in no uncertain terms what she must do with herself. This is crazy. How can they just deduct moeny off my account without my permission. I bet most people just pay the canselation fee. Is there anything we can do to stop them. This cannot be legal. </p>
