Taking money

Loan Finder SA is the Absolute worst company ever!! I was under the impression that i use it to find loans. 4 months later they send me an email stating i ow them R2000. I never even usef there services at all. I was not aware of any of the Extras they provide no one phoned me to explain the product. Or what it in tail. I cant afford what they say i must pay. I dont want the product or was interested in getting such products they let ypu sign up under false pretenses. I phoned them to sort this out and the women on the phone was absolutely rude. And didnt want to give me a chance to speak. When i was looking for a loan i did not know i have to pay for the service. I would not recommend them to anyone!!! I am going to the ombudsman as i feel they are trying to get me to pay for something i did not understand.
