Takes your money

I went online in search for a personal loan, and came across Loan finders SA and completed the online form. 1 day later i received an email saying that i will be charged R390 for a 3 in 1 package which i didn't even want. they even send me terms and conditions which i didn't receive online.<br> <br> They said i can cancel this in 7 days, which i tried to do, but customer care doesn't answer, call just ends. So after 5 emails, 8 phone call attempts, they took R350 out my bank account today..<br> <br> How is this possible. I am so disgusted.
