*****ING MONEY
My name is Anneke Myburgh. I app**** for loan finder no service were delivered. I then stopped the service within 7 day cool off period but they still billed me for R399!!!<br> <br> *****'S!

Our 4-in-1 Plan consists of a Financial Counselling Programme, Legal and ID Assist, quarterly credit report and free loan-finding service. The cost for the plan is a once-off initiation fee of R395, with a monthly fee of R68. The loan-finding service is offered to you upfront and the Legal and ID Assist is activated immediately upon completion of the application, as we are confident in our service and would like you, as a member, to be covered for any legal advice and/or ID *****.
As we can see on the system you have cancelled your application (created on the 10.02.2016 via the Loan finder SA website) on the 17.02.2016.
Loan Finder SA did not deduct the once off fee of R395 as the application was already cancelled on the 17.02.2016.
The R399 deduction that took place on your bank account was not from Loan Finder SA.
We will contact you within the next 72 working hours.
