*****ing

I contacted them to find out about a loan i did not get a loan from them and all of a sudden R395. Has been going of my account i have phoned them they say its for the survice they renderd witch is redicilus. Asked them twice to pay my money back and cancel it i went to the bank toe refurs it now they change the name and tryed to deduct it from my acc 5 times in one month that is *****ing they are sharks never do busines with them.
