<p>A few months ago I was online looking for loan options and I went on this site,not long after they deducted an amount of R395 and now monthly an amount of R68 which i did not authorise. I have sent the numerous emails to cancel this but get the same response back that i have to call. I believe that I have a right to correspond by means that is suitable and acceible to me. Theu have not even bothered to call me to discuss my emails...Terrible customer service as they know they **** people. I did not authorise these deductions so dont give me your standard responses..I want my money back!I have instructed my bank to reverse these deductions. Please people be aware of this company!</p>
