****MED and ****** in broad DAYLIGHT

I had a terrible experience with loanfinder.co.za, where I had just filled in my details online to be contacted by agent to see if I qualified for a loan. The agent phoned but the office was so noisey, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, people were screaming with laughter in the background. So she then once again took down my details and said its mandatory for me to give them my bank account number sothat they may check my proof of income and see if I qualify for a loan.

Then she tells me about the packages that they are selling and I say no I dont want it. I kept insisting that I didnt want it but she kept insisting on telling me about it and just said that she has to tell me about the package. Again I said I was not interested in the package as I am not in debt and I don't even have a credit rating. Then a few days later I was contacted by another call center agent telling me that I app**** for a loan from loanfinders and that she is reminding me that I have to pay R395 at the end of this month and then R68 a month thereafter for so and so package.

Then I repeated to her that I did not agree to this deal and loanfinders can not debit my account, however this arrogant lady told me she doesnt care and that she is just doing her job of relaying the message and that someone else will contact me and I can tell them that I dont want the service. No such person had contacted me. I had forgotten about it, until an sms came to me saying it is a reminder that the once off initiation fee is due on 30/06/17. Ref on your bank statement will show CREDITGAIN Regards LoanFinder.

I had tried phoning the number given on the website for customer support, after routing through the options to the correct department, I had waited 5 minutes on hold an still no one answered. I tried several times before that as well and my account was still debited.

I had since been to my bank to put a reverse debit order. I am next going to the police station to logde a complaint of *****. If I dare get debited again.. well I may not wait that long. This organization without my permission took money from me, when all I wanted was to enquire about a loan and not buy services of which I don't need.
