<p> On the 3 May 2017, I was offered a loan by Loan Finder SA, after trying so many places to secure a loan. I then recieved a call from them saying they will forward my details and secure a loan for of R4000. 7 June 2017, I recieve a call advising me of Legal advise and so on, so I told them I am not interested in all of the offers, if they can not get me a loan. The consultant then said she would cancel my application but I would have to pay cancelliation fee of R250. I told the the consultant that I am not paying that amount and I have never agreed to such terms and conditions. The consultant advised that I have agreed to the Terms & Conditions, which I do not recall at all. I have since looked at my email and saw the documents that they sent me but I did not agree to any of those terms. I haven then requested a recorded call and was advised to wait 72hours and no one in the service department could assist me with this complaint. Disgusting service and they **** people into paying them radiculious money for nothing.</p>
