RUDE CALL CENTRE CONSULTANT REFUSING TO REFUND ME

<p>Hi</p> <p>Im am very FURIOUS by Shifforn who is one of your rude consultants.I held in the line for approximatly 12 minutes and when finaly my call is taken She takes her own time and her tone is rude.I do not know why you guys hire INDIANS because clearly they DO NOT HAVE respect for the black ethnich group.Yesterday She promised to cancel the debit order order for which I do not know where they got my details from and LOAN FINDER SA currently owes me R612 due to the R68 they have been taking off my account without my concern.</p> <p>At the end of the conversation She said She is transfering me when She just hung up on me,clearly She did not get any **** THIS MORNING.</p>
