Ripping people off

I was looking for a loan to pay for my daughter's studies. I don't even know how I got to Loan Finders SA - perhaps it was a link from a company that advertised loans. They asked me how much the loan amount is that I require and the consultant went along and babbled a lot of stuff. I received an sms stating that I have pre-qualified and to "Complete my application" I must visit their website. I received a loan through Direct Axis and I never visted the website, I never clicked on any link to access any lenders/brokers. I never completed any application and I sure as hell never signed anything. I then get an sms something to do about Identity theft..blah blahblah, which i ignored as I am not interested. Now I receive an sms stating that my INITIATION fee is due on the 31st. Where does Loan Finder SA get permission for this??? Is this how they make money, by *****ing from people??
