paying for something I never got

I have tried to apply for loan from a company called loan finder s.a I however never qualify. But the company that I did apply for a loan with tried to debit R350 from my account. I have gave them my details in confidence but they used it to they advantage. We are poor people trying to support my family. R350 takes me atleast 12 hours of hard labour to make but its amazing that this company(loanfinder) can jus try and take it away from us. I pray someone out there reads this and really help me. R350 can get me bread and milk for my family for atleast 2 weeks. All I wanted to see if I could get a loan to give my family a good festive season. It seems now I have the burden of a R350 debt. I am a father of 3 and I try my best. Please someone try and help me with this situation that I'm facing. Thanks.
