Pay back my money and delete my account

I found Loanfinders online and was given a username and password via sms- the next thing sums were debited from my account, I enquired and was asked that it is a fee to help me find a loaner-did I authorize this?? Was this communicated with me?? Did I sign a contract?? Next thing I am told to call LoanfindersSA to close my account- again another cost- now I must use airtimie(more money) to close an account to prevent you people from *****ing from me!! I am going to open a case with the police because you stole that money I was never told that any monies would be deducted from me and I never consented!!!!!
