NOT A FREE SERVICE!!!
These people are sharks! They state its a \Free Loan Finding Service"Bull!!! I completed their online application but decided not to take a loan because our branch closed and I'm without a job. They charge you R395 for legal assist service although I didn't even respond to ANY offers for a loan. How is it a free service if you have to pay R395. And if you cancel within the 7 day period there is still a cancellation fee of R145. these people are SHARK! Stay away!! NOT FREE"""

The loan-finding service is offered to you upfront and the credit report is available upon completion of the application, as you do not pay for these services. The Legal and ID Assist service activates once the fee has been paid.
We have passed your complaint tp our Forensics department and they aim to resolve the matter within the next 72 working hours.
