NO LOAN BUT ACCOUNT DEBITED

I have never took a loan from you guys however my account was debited by you this came as a shock to me. An amount of R385 was debited from my account, can this be resolved and my money be reversed back into my account. How do you guys debit money from peoples account without their concern that is not acceptable. I want my money back .
