never trust loanfinder said pls

I have app**** for an online loan I later receive a call saying I app**** for a loan and I need to confirm my personal details to qualify after doing that this Loan finder Said that they will look for loans for me but it will cost me 400 or 499 every month I told them clearly I don't accept this agreement they just cut the call and start to debit my account every month I have to do reversal one I Just stop using my account they send me threatening sms and say sheriff's of court out to get me I have not agreed to this service they harness me please can I get help with this
