NEVER GAVE ANY AUTHORIZATION- LoanFinder SA

I just received a message on my Fone that my account was just debited a whole R395.00 by CREDITGAIN firstly I didn't even know who it was until I googled it and found out that its LoanFinder that deducted this money I never gave them authorization to debit my account and they never said they would. why they debiting my account I never even got a loan. they literally took out my last money from my account and I would like it bac**** I mean can they do that just take money without the person's knowing. I think that people should be careful with this place and not contact them at all they lying and just taking our money they playing on people's emotions and desperation for help and they *****ing!!! Can anyone help me with this I would really like to get my money back.
