Money Taken without permission

My account was debited and R385 was taken, I have never recieved a service from this company yet they taking money from me. I dont understand how companies like Loan Finder get away with *****. It is ******* and they are *****ing money from hard working people. An investigation has to be done and I will be making a case against this company. This is alot of money and it has to be payed back into my account
