Money deduction

Good Day

This morning I got a notification that R395 was deducted from my bank account. These people never got me any loan neither did I make use of any of their services. This was done without any permission. I am so livid and really feel like taking this matter further. I would like someone to phone me and explain why they took money without my consent!!!
