Money deducted without permission

<p>Both myself and my husband contacted loan finder about a month ago to see if they can assist us with a loan. After terrible service, we did not hear anything from them again. Now (over this weekend), they decided to deduct R397 from both of our accounts without any knowledge or permission from our side. This is HIGHLY unacceptable and expect the money to be reversed IMMEDIATLEY</p>
