MONEY deducted without authorisation
R395 were deducted from my account without my knowledge, i have absolute no documentation of the terms and conditions and nothing was explained to me! the Money were deducted without my knowledge of it being deducted! how can a company just deduct money without explaining what this was for? i was in the market for a loan but NEVER WENT THROUGH with it!!! it would have been a different story if i actually received a loan that i had to repay!!!! this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! i demand my Money to be refunded!!! <br> <br> Now Speaking to your consultants is an utter waste of time!!! NO one is coming back to me with any answers and i keep getting transferred ! if i call the number they supply me with (in case the call drops) THE NUMBER IS NOT IN SERVICE<br> !!!!<br> <br>
