MISLEADING CONSUMERS - OUTRIGHT THEFT
<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p>Let me just start off by saying that I am horrified that a company that uses such ********* marketing strategies to pull clients in and LIE to them about the services they will receive, is even allowed to operate in any capacity in this Country.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was unaware, until today when I received a "Final Demand" letter, from Loan Finder SA, that I had even signed/formally granted permission to said company to debit my bank account for ANY AMOUNT, with no services rendered or telephonic contact or in person contact with Myself authorizing any such things.</p> <p> </p> <p>I read through the TERMS AND CONDITIONS on your webpage, BUT ONLY NOW DO I SEE THE CON. </p> <p>YOU'RE MAIN WEBPAGE IS VERY CLEVERLY WORDED, MAKING THE CONSUMER, I, FEEL AS IF YOU ARE A COMPANY THAT OFFERS A "VALUABLE SERVICE", as many of your other victims have done, gave you my personal information to find me a loan to consolidate my current debt. THE ONLY REASON ANYONE CLICKS ON YOUR WEBSITE IS BECAUSE YOU PAY MEGA BUCKS TO HAVE GOOGLE ADVERTISE IT AT THE TOP OF SEARCH RESULTS. </p> <p> </p> <p>You have not effectively rendered ANY SERVICES PROMISED, AND I HAVE REVERSED ALL AND ANY FURTHER DEBIT ORDERS (WHICH WERE NOT STATED/REFERENCED AS "LOANFINDER" WHICH YOU ALSO PROMISE IN THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SECTION OF YOUR T &C'S. ("You also understand that details of this withdrawal will be printed on your bank statement. Such reference will enable you to identify the Agreement.") This is an outright LIE!</p> <p>I wasn't able to contact and contest this bull**** before I received a so called amount owed! The bank couldnt even Identify it as you use references such as "LSM0W8E7E6E6"? WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD PAY FOR THIS BULL****?</p> <p>I HAVE SENT THE MATTER TO MY ATTORNEY WHO WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU TO TAKE THIS MATTER FUTHER WITH YOU AS I FEEL A POINT NEEDS TO BE MADE SO THAT COMPANIES LIKE YOU ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED IN OPERATION AND TO CORRECT THE DAMAGE THAT YOU HAVE CAUSED TO THOUSANDS OF SOUTH AFRICANS! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
