Misleading consumers.

<p>Looking for loan I came across Loan Finder. After consulting them on concerning their servises they offerd me a 4 in one plan, but instead of giving me a option to respond to this offer they send me a document stating that they are going to deduct a once off fee of R 395.00 and a monthly fee R 68.00. This they have done without my concent and as far as I am concerned *****uantly as I never agreed nor signed any document to give them permission to do so. I went to my bank and reversed the debit orders, but I was charged additionally fees to do so. I needed to loan money to assist my financial situation instead they took more money from me. Surley this can not be leagal . It is adding insult to injury or kicking a man that is already down .</p>
