Misleading Advertising

I app**** thinking I was applying fr loan. Just to find out its not, advertising very misleading. I've been trying with no success to cancel, with no luck and every month they deducting "payment" from my account for service rendered. Seriously what service, I never received a loan from them, which I initially thought they advertising. I send email to customer care and was told I have to call their call centre, no assistance. Meanwhile I get bill evey month for sweet NOTHING!
