Loan finders is a **** and they are *******!!!

I just received an sms that some place called Loan finder has debited money from my account. I never agreed for them debiting any amount from my account. When I called the company to check how they got my bank details they do not have the answers. the email I received from loan finder does not confirm a debit order. You expect a company to be there to help people not taking every cent they earn. this is clearly ***** and misrepresentation of what this company does. if a person goes on loan finder that clearly means they finding it difficult and need help but yet you have this company debiting the person.
