Loan finder: unacceptable to take a debit order

<p><span style="color: #9b9b9d; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 17. ********** 05249px; background-color: #ffffff;">I app**** for a loan with SA loan finder on the 31 July 2016 under the impression that they are a financial institute that can assist with a loan, which they are not, as I read the reviews today. I received a sms regarding an amount that will be deducted and today it was deducted which i am not happy with as there was no call answered yesterday. I am not interested in loan finder to find me a loan anymore, they have not made any effort to assist me and the service is of no use to me at all! I did not sign any agreement with Loanfinder to deduct money from my account and it is just morally wrong to take money from someone that applies for a loan and then hide the fees in the Terms and Conditions, which i couldn't read before accepting it (it gives and error page) and all over the webpage it states free. Today I logged in with the login details I received to read the Terms and Conditions and still it gives me an error page. I hereby cancel whatever service you provide with immediate effect. You are of no use to me and many others that has applued and registered for a loan. </span></p>
