Loan finder took my money without my consent

I have app**** on the site. They said in advertising that the service they provide is free. After a text they took money from my account without my consent. If there are charges why do they advertise that their service is free. I suspect they will not say anything about their fees until you are on their database. Also if their charges are justified why is there no statement of all the costs involved. I have come to the conclusion that they want to just take as much money as possible from you for no reason. I also wonder why there is no fixed fee disclosed. I want the account closed. Furthermore, I want them to never take my money ever again. I have got a number from the bank of the \so called"service provider. The number does not exist. The information from there I suspect is also false.
