loan finder ****s tons of people

Good morning. for two months now loan finder has been debiting my account and I have no idea how they got my banking details. The bank told me to phone them and ask loan finder to please cancel this subscription, which they did and even sent me an sms confirming it but yet again the next moth they deducted money again! The bank i bank with says they have alot of compaints regarding home finder. How do we stop these ppl from deducting money from ppl accounts because the bank unfortunately can't do this as loan finder keeps using different references for their debit orders.
