Never dealt dealt with such an unhelpful and unprofessional company! I discovered a debit order on my account. When I contacted them they were 'helpful' and then unable to assist when I would not give them my ID and bank account number - really!?! Did you think after this **** I was going to give this information! The minute they heard I had contacted my bank, they suddenly were unable to assist me as well. It seems they blame online applications and all the complaints have the same amount being deducted from their bank accounts. Tell me this isn't a raised flag to a **** and *****!
