<p>Some conusmers do not have great credit ratings due to our country's financial status, so we revert to placed like loan finder sa to assist us. Instead we a pply for a loan as we are deperate and than we do not receive a loan but instead your account fets debited for R395 for all kinds of other services that you did not want or apply for.</p> <p>Than getting hold of them on the phone is impossible 7-9 times a day 30 mins min on the phone and no answer, which than makes you miss the 5 day period to cancel and get your refund. As soon as you do get hold of someone in the call centre she is rude and unhelpfull..all she keeps saying is the manager is not available call back at 9, ask for alternative contact details there is none???ARE YOU SERIOUSLY kidding???You email customer care they tell you to call the call centre???So no one can help...that money is lost and you are in a even bigger financial crisis than you were before!!Do not ever use there ******!!!</p>
