Loan Finder SA - ******

My husband noticed a debit of R469 from his bank account last week - the bank then advised him that it was Loan Finder SA - he has or had no dealings with these people ever - to top it all he had to pay R55 to have the debit reversed. How do they get access to your bank account without you ever signing up? A bunch of ****** - when he phoned them, the person on the other side could not even assist. He apparently was going to call back - but guess what - NO ONE RETURNED THE DAMN CALL - ****** ****** ****** - SOMETHING MUST BE DONE ABOUT THIS
