LOAN FINDER SA - Big talkers, no action!

I app**** for loans online and came across loan finder. I registered thinking it was a "free" service. Turns out they debit you different amounts every month ranging from R250 - R399 with so solid loan offers. I have emailed them asking to reverse this service as I am not interested any longer. All they said was they would get back to me and I have heard nothing yet. Now it is a mission as I have reverse this payment every single month. Such a waste of time, DO NOT USE this company!!!
