Loan Finder SA a Bunch of ******!

On the 28th August 2018 I tried to apply for a loan with Standard Bank online, however it was not approved online and said I need to go into the Bank. I received pop ups for Loan Finder of which I entered my details. After reading the terms and conditions that day I immediately sent an email to cancel the application which was within their cooling off period of 5 days. I never received a response and now to my surprise I received a debit of R395 today. I sent an email to ********** advising that I have cancelled any dealings with them and I need confirmation that this is done, however the email has now been returned. I then tried calling the number on their website ********** which is not going through. It does not even ring. Conveniently when you trying to reach them, nothing is going through. I cannot understand how people can debit your account without your permission and without you having signed for anything. You are a bunch of ****** and will not get away with this. I will be returning your debit and request my bank to block any debits you try to make. In the meantime I will be exposing you for the ****** you are and whatever you are doing is ******* and you will be exposed for what you doing.
