I need to know why you have debited my capitec bank acct no ********** 678 - savings when I was not successful with the loan. I am a pensioner and every penny counts.

The amounts in question are:

30/11 R395 with ref ********** -ifsa-1811 18/12 R 250 with ref ********** -ifsa 0 1812

This is ***** and I respectively request that you refund me these amounts.
