Legal Action

I did an enquiry on loan finder SA, I never used their service and they tried to debit me, after not getting any money out of my account, they sent me legal letters to take action against me.... for what reason when I did not use the service? I am quite sure this is not legal and I am also sure that you cannot take \ticking a box"as an electronic signature.<br> I have contacted the ombudsman and consumer watch with regards to this """
