Immediate refund due as account is debited without permission

<p>LF ********** - Very Urgent</p> <p>Good day</p> <p> No loan has been processed and they go and debit my account...</p> <p>Please delete /cancel my name from your database.</p> <p>I want a refund of the R395 that you have deducted out of my account without permission.</p> <p>This is against the Consumer Act of SA and I want this refund into my account within 7 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
