I'm suddenly blacklisted

I app**** online for a loan which I never got, money had suddenly been deducted from my account. I called in to cancel, on the first attempt and a very rude consultant did bother getting back to me, I was still being debted. I called in the second time and was told about a cancellation fee and debt orders that wasnt processed. Sad part is, I am unable to reverse the R99 that goes out of my account every month.

Now I receive emails that I'm now blacklisted and I must pay an amount of R 1210 to some lawyers.

What is this nonsense ? I want my money back. I want my credit record reinstated.
