Free service but not at all

<p>App**** for a free service. This is what it says on their mail even to me: We are so excited that you have made a smart choice in choosing to subscribe to our free loan finding service, 24 hour Legal and ID Assist plan, financial counselling programme and four Comprehensive Credit Reports per annum.</p> <p>You will see it says free and then they mention teh service. now they took money out of the banck account. check their mail now: The cost for the plan is a once-off initiation fee of R395, with a monthly fee of R78. </p> <p> </p> <p>There website and first email to me says it is fee. we want thsi cancelled. I get the same service under my funeral scheme for R3 pm, So i dont need theres .They lie to the public.</p>
