I am extremely upset with their code of conduct firstly those people call me offering a loan saying that only once loan is approved and accepted than only a admin fee will be charged and the lady assured me I will not be debited unless I get the loan I was in no way informed about the debit that came of my account , the moment my salary came into account R395 was deducted I never approved of this debit than I contacted them and I was told a report will be sent back with recording of discussion with lady I have not received it has been over 48 hours also I received a message from them (Dear premie, your application has been cancelled. Your identity is now at RISK, which could potentially lead to IDENTITY THEFT or *****. Should you wish to stay covered call ********** 606. Ref LF ********** )

This message is very offensive firstly those people debit me for no reason with no approval from my side than they fail to send me report within 48 hours and now this message so what are them guys saying it's like they threatening to use my details and I see today I received a call from another loan people which they clearly got my details from them.
