*****lent and unauthorized debit order

<p>I thought this was a company that helps you find loans. When I filled out the online application there was nothing to let me know that i was signing up to have R395 debited off my account for services that I already get for free from my insurance company. I have tried to cancel this and asked for a refund but they have refused and said they don't do anything over email and that I must phone them. They have not provided me with a copy of any contract that i signed saying I agreed to this. They have ****med me and ****med countless others of money we cannot afford. All I want is my money back. Surely a company that makes you sign up for something online would then deal with cancellations over email. They are happy to take your money without sending you any kind of confirmation via email but when it comes to asking for it back they refuse. I want my money back.
