***** on my account ruining my debt free name

I have been receiving emails telling me that i am blacklisted at first i didnt pay any attention to them until i saw this on my report.i have no knowledge of this company hence i do not even have any accounts under my name. early in 2015 i did respond to them and advised i do not know anything about this account and advised its ***** because i never opened an account with them.

Can someone please advise how i can be assisted because i will not pay for something that was not done by me.please advise where should i send my case number from the police station this is so stupid because not even once did this company call me to confirm if i was the one opening an account with them.
