I signed up for a business loan last year and after submitting my application I was deducted R395. I emailed them to complain, after I was advised that I had signed up for a credit review with initiation fees of R395 and subsequent monthly fees of R140 (all written in the fine print within the fine print while applying for a loan) and when I told them to cancel this they told me I cannot cancel via email only via phonecall (which takes them over 15-20 min to answer. After the first time calling they promised to cancel the debit order NEXT MONTH! I emptied my account to avoid them from taking a payment I did not approve and called them again, after I received a bunch of attitude I received sms confirmation of my cancellation
