Deductions without notice

<p>They are *******s .u apply online but they advise u if u don't send a completed form they won't process the loan so I don't complete the form .they deduct R330 from my bank account .then they have a cheek to send me a email stating I need to pay .but they never gave me any cash .how can u pay for something u don't have .how can u process a loan if the application is not complete?</p>
