DEDUCTING MONEY WITHOUT PERMISSION

I am very very upset! I app**** for a loan and recieved an sms saying the loan was declined.... So I want to know who gives you the right to make a debit order on my bank account to deduct money! I didnt sign for anything and the only details you have is to apply.... It was declined!!! I would like a refund of the money you deducted and I want the debit order stopped from your side and I want to cancel all services with immediate effect.... If I dont get a response Ill take this matter furher.
