Deceiving service

<p>I would like my money to be refunded into my bank account because you cant automatically take money from my account when one does a normal application on your website. There is no service what you are rendering to me and I have received no credit report etc and 4-in1 plan you have of wellness nor have any institutions contacted me. I contacted your customer services now and the consultant is telling me that institutions only opened this week, what lame excuse is that. I want all my details removed from your website and stop sending me smss because you first sent me smss with pre-qualifications and reference numbers which is ridiculous and this was before I even logged onto your website. I have not received any report from you and I dont want any services or reports from you. There should be unsubscription and cancellation options from you and there is none so you need to remove me from your websites and records. </p>
