Debiting for services already cancelled

I contantacted the company last month around the 27 as I was not advised that their services are so costly. Spoke to an agent regarding the cancelation and she advised that the services are cancelled and they will not b debit money from my account. To my surprise they are first to debit and that makes me so angle as I am not using their service an SMS was sent to confirm cancelation.. Why are they still debiting... I want my money back to my account.
