Debited Account without approval

I was recently debited by loan finder SA, for services I have not received. They have not helped me in any way and when I called them to dispute and ask for my money to be refunded, then do they want to offer you a service and explain to you what there services are. I signed up the 05/11/2017, have not received a call and I was not aware of the R395 they charge. So I had to pay R395 for services I have not received.
