Debit Order without consent

<p>My bank account was debit with R 395-00 in december without my consent. I phoned then and requested a refund. My request was ignored and another R 78-00 was deducted from my bank in January 2017. I want the full R 473-00 back or I'll have no choice but to open a case of ***** with the SAPS</p>
